McFetridge’s ceramic works exist at the intersection of centuries-old Delftware traditions and the bold, graphic language of tattoo culture.
Each hand-painted piece reimagines the delicate blue-and-white motifs of Dutch pottery through the lens of tattoo iconography—skulls, roses, serpents, and symbols of defiance and identity.
The result is a dialogue between history and the present: the quiet refinement of Delft meets the rebellious permanence of tattoos.
